This three-hour course reviews recent legislation from the legislative session, reviews integrated disclosures, recent court cases, highlights common disciplinary actions, and meets Arizona’s requirement for CE on Law and Legislative topics.*       

Course highlights include:

  • A review of integrated disclosures, their benefit to consumers and lenders, and what licensees need to know about deadlines, waiting periods, and the potential impact on closing dates
  • An analysis of legislation on prelicense education, recording fees, the Landlord Tenant Act, manufactured housing and licensees as sales agents, property tax abatement, procedures, and appeals
  • Legislation impacting licensing, transactions, and property
  • Links to House and Senate bills for further information as desired
  • An overview of various case law updates
  • A high level view of disciplinary actions, enforcement and compliance
  • Activities and examples to frame the new information in real world context
